with nootropics at its core and is therefore the only vitamin drink to contain,
for example, choline.
Anyone can drink nine™, but our products are specifically designed for students and
people with long, busy days.
“Nootropics” is a collective term for active substances that affect your mental and
cognitive state, for example by enhancing focus and sharpening concentration.
There are many different nootropics, but we have created a unique blend of 9
nootropic ingredients.
The effects of drinking a can of nine™ will vary from person to person. It is important to remember that the effects of nine™ are also significantly influenced by your
overall diet and beverage intake. For optimal, balanced effects, it is
recommended to consume nine™ with or shortly after a light meal.
nine™ has been specially developed with nootropics at its core. It is the only beverage in Denmark that contains 9 so-called nootropic ingredients. The only thing nine™ shares with energy drinks is
caffeine.
We recommend up to 1–2 cans per day, depending on your needs. For a typical
work or study day, it is best to have one in the morning with breakfast and one in the afternoon after lunch. We do not recommend drinking nine™ within 8 hours of your planned bedtime, as it may interfere with sleep.
In short, yes. nine™ contains a carefully balanced amount of caffeine and L-theanine (found in green tea extract) and also provides a wide range of other nutrients that you won’t find in coffee or conventional energy drinks. nine™ can either complement your current routine or effectively replace your intake of other beverages.
Each can of nine™ contains approximately the same amount as a regular cup of coffee, i.e., 80 mg. The Danish Food Administration recommends a maximum daily caffeine intake of 400 mg. You can therefore enjoy nine™ without worrying about your caffeine intake.
We only use ingredients and dosages that are fully in accordance with the Danish Food Administration’s recommendations and guidelines. It is completely safe to consume nine™, even over a long period of time.
A full can of FRESH LEMON contains 25 calories from sugar, which is roughly equivalent to half an apple. We chose to make FRESH LEMON low-calorie rather than ZERO SUGAR because it provides a sweetness that is closer to regular sugar. Taste preferences vary from person to person, and we wanted to create a variant
that does not have the characteristic aftertaste of sweeteners often found in ZERO products.
The FRESH LEMON variant is registered as a dietary supplement with the Danish Food
Administration, which means we are not allowed to display calories, sugar, fat, etc., on the can in the same way as a standard nutrition label. Each can contains 25 calories from sugar, roughly equivalent to half an apple.
This means there are relatively few calories in a can of FRESH LEMON compared
to a soda or energy drink, which typically contain 200–250 calories from sugar.
Because FRESH LEMON is registered as a dietary supplement, it can also contain higher amounts of choline and magnesium compared to the WHITE PEACH variant.

As with all nootropics, we recommend taking occasional breaks to ensure that your
body does not develop a tolerance, which could reduce the effects over time. If
you drink nine™ daily, we suggest taking a one-week break approximately every three months. However, if you already take breaks on weekends or similar, additional breaks are not necessary.
