CUSTOMER SERVICE

All orders and customer inquiries are handled by our customer service team, who can always be contacted at info@ninedrink.dk.

 

 

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders placed before 12:00 PM are normally packed and shipped the same day or the following business day. This does not apply to items marked as made-to-order or items with extended delivery times.

The standard delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 1–3 business days after dispatch. All Danish orders are shipped with GLS to both private and business addresses. All products are delivered subject to availability.

If an order contains both in-stock items and made-to-order items, we reserve the right to ship the order either partially or in full once the made-to-order items are back in stock. In such cases, you will be contacted and informed accordingly.

We reserve the right to correct any typographical errors, inventory management errors, and price changes.

 

 

CHANGES OR CANCELLATION OF YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been placed, you may request changes by contacting us at info@ninedrink.dk. We can assist you as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, you still have 14 days to cancel your order. Please see the section below for more information regarding your right of withdrawal.

Without obligation to compensate you or cover any expenses, we reserve the right to cancel your order in the following situations:

  • If an unforeseen error occurs, such as a payment error,

  • If your payment information cannot be verified or is incorrect,

  • If we suspect that your order was placed in bad faith or in connection with fraudulent or criminal activity.

We will do everything possible to resolve any issues that may arise and will keep you informed throughout the process. If your order is cancelled, any payments made will be refunded without additional charges.

 

 

PRICES AND PAYMENT

All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT, but excluding shipping costs.

The total amount accepted at checkout is the amount that will be charged to your account once your order has been shipped. No amount will be charged before your order has been processed and dispatched.

Communication between you and our payment system is secured using SSL (Secure Socket Layer). As our payment solution is handled by NETS, NETS is the only party with access to your payment information.

DISCOUNT CODES

Discount codes may only be used individually and are valid for a limited period. If a discount code is issued personally, it must not be shared with others.

We reserve the right to system errors that may allow multiple discount codes to be applied to the same order. Such use is not permitted.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS

Drink ApS offers a 14-day right of withdrawal on all products.

If you wish to withdraw from your purchase, Nine Drink ApS must be notified no later than 14 days from the day you received your items. Notification must be sent to info@ninedrink.dk and include your order number and the reason for withdrawal.

Once Drink ApS has been notified, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. The product must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as received. You are responsible for the costs associated with returning the product.

COMPLAINTS

Any defects or issues with deliveries from Drink ApS must be reported within a reasonable time after the defect is discovered. It is your responsibility to specify and, if required, demonstrate how the defect appears.

If you discover a defect, please contact Drink ApS promptly. Customers generally have a 2-year right to file a complaint, except for food products. For food products or other goods with limited shelf life, the right of complaint is limited to the expiration period stated on the product.

Please note:

  • Refunds may take up to 2 weeks to appear in your account.

  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment card used when placing the order.

 

 

DISPUTES

Any dispute regarding www.ninedrink.dk, its agreements, or purchases made on the website shall be governed by Danish law and settled by a Danish court, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

 

 

PRIVACY

We understand and respect the importance of online privacy. We will not disclose customer or user information to third parties unless required to complete a transaction.

We do not sell your name, address, email, payment details, or personal data to any third party without your prior consent. Please refer to our Cookie and Privacy Policy for more information.

 

 

OTHER

To shop with us, you must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid payment card.

We recommend reviewing your order carefully before submitting it. Prior to checkout, you may edit the information you have provided, such as billing and delivery addresses.

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation summarizing your purchase. We store your order and confirmation, allowing you to access it at any time or request a copy by contacting us.
