Drink ApS offers a 14-day right of return on all products.

If you regret your purchase, you must notify Nine Drink ApS within 14 days from the day you received your items. This notification must be sent to info@ninedrink.dk and include your order number and the reason for the return. Once Drink ApS has been informed, you have 14 days to return the product.

The product must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity as received. You are responsible for covering the costs associated with returning the product.

COMPLAINTS

Any defects or issues with a delivery from Drink ApS must be reported within a reasonable time after the issue has been discovered. It is your responsibility to specify and, if required, document how the defect or issue appears.

If you discover a defect, please contact Drink ApS immediately. Customers generally have a 2-year right to make a complaint, except for food products. For food products or other goods with limited shelf life, the warranty is limited to the expiration date stated on the product.

Please note:

  • It may take up to 2 weeks before the refund is visible in your account.

  • Refunds will be issued to the same payment card used for the original purchase.

 


 

SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

As a customer of Drink ApS, you are entitled to a 30-day satisfaction guarantee and a 30-day right of return on all products purchased from ninedrink.dk.

This means you have 30 days to try the products and ensure they meet your expectations.

 


 

HOW DOES THE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE WORK?

If, within 30 days, our products do not meet your expectations, you may choose to exchange them for another variant or receive a refund.

 


 

TERMS OF THE SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

The package containing the remaining products must be returned to Drink ApS.

There must be remaining products; it is not possible to consume all products and then claim the satisfaction guarantee.

The satisfaction guarantee applies only to products purchased from ninedrink.dk.

DISPUTES

Any dispute relating to www.ninedrink.dk, its agreements, or purchases made on the website shall be governed by Danish law and settled by a Danish court, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.

 


 

ORDER CHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS

Once you have placed your order, you may request changes by contacting us at info@ninedrink.dk. We can assist with changes as long as the order has not yet been shipped.

If your order has already been shipped, you still have 14 days to cancel your order. Please refer to the section above for more information about your right of withdrawal.

Without being obligated to compensate you or cover any costs, we reserve the right to cancel your order in the following situations:

  • If an unforeseen error occurs, such as a payment error,

  • If your payment details cannot be verified or are incorrect,

  • If we suspect that the order was placed in bad faith or in connection with fraudulent or criminal activity.

We will do everything possible to resolve any issues that may arise and will keep you informed throughout the process. If your order is cancelled, we will refund any payments you have made to us without charging you additional fees.
